All VIP bets must be placed and confirmed within a 15-minute window from the time of submission. If the bet is not confirmed within this period, it will be automatically canceled.

Please note that the odds for VIP bets are subject to change until the bet is officially accepted by sportsbook team.

Any complaints regarding the acceptance or outcome of a VIP bet must be submitted within 24 hours of the bet being settled. No complaints will be considered valid if submitted after this period.

Upon submission of a VIP bet, the corresponding funds will be temporarily frozen until the bet is either accepted or rejected.

Once a VIP bet is accepted, it cannot be canceled or cashed out. All bets are final and binding.

You have the right to dispute the outcome of a VIP bet within 48 hours of the bet being settled. Any disputes must be submitted in writing and must include all relevant details and evidence supporting the dispute.
